Claiming your golf facility on Open Links is easy! Simply download the app in App Store or Play Store, search for your facility, and follow the prompts to claim your page. Once verified, you'll gain access to a range of tools to enhance your presence on our platform.
If your facility is already claimed, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. They will help resolve any ownership disputes and guide you through the process.
To update your profile, log in to your account and go to the "Favorites" section. Here you'll find any facility that you are currently managing at the top. From there, you can modify your profile, add other employees to your account, and share your facility's QR code with your existing golfers.
You can modify the vast majority of the data fields in your profile. A few fields are locked, but if there are any discrepancies, you can file a case, and our team will evaluate.
Your profile is visible to all users of our platform. Golfers have the ability to search for your facility and follow your account, and other golfers can see your posts via our nearby feed.
You can have as few or as many people involved as you want. There are settings that allow the access rights of an admin vs. a designated poster.
In addition to claiming your page and managing your facility information, you can also promote special events, dining specials, happy hours, tournaments, and offers to attract more golfers to your facility. This is done via posting on our platform.
There is a share button in your profile page where you can download a QR code that is specific to your facility. You can post this on your website and/or on flyers across your facility. Once a golfer scans your QR code, it will take them directly to your facilities profile page and follow your account. They will then receive your posts via their feed and/or push notifications.
To reach new golfers, ensure your profile is complete, accurate, and engaging. Share what is going on at your facility via posting on the Open Links platform. Both golfers who follow you and golfers nearby can see these updates, which could entice them to come visit your facility!
